The Peru SHB impresses with notes reminiscent of milk chocolate and brown sugar. Prepared as an espresso, it unfolds a richbodied, complex yet delicate taste.
As the name suggests, this coffee comes from the country where the Inca once ruled. Grown on small farms in the northern highlands of Peru, it is harvested, washed and processed by hand. At this altitude, the beans grow more slowly, becoming denser and larger. For this very reason, cultivation at this altitude has become a trademark quality characteristic for South American countries proudly brandished in the SHB label (which means 'Strictly Hard Beans' to all those who just got to know).

200 g Dörte from Röstbrüder

Originating from the south of Brazil this coffee is wonderfully rich without imposing itself. With plenty of mild sweetness and earthy, nutty flavors, it also inherited the naturally low acidity from the Mondo Novo and Catuai varieties. As an espresso, this omniroast is very easy on the stomach and delivers sweetness accompanied by subtle and ripe fruit.
